The Brokenwood Mysteries:
Once upon a time a DI moved from Auckland to Brokenwood, liked the region and decided to stay – even when stepping back to be only a DSS. During the following years Mike Shepherd, assisted by a small team, is always busy to investigate strange and cruel murder cases – sometimes not so strange and not so cruel. It’s always the classic Whodunnit, however, in the unique atmosphere of New Zealand.

Es war einmal ein Detective Inspector (DI), der von Auckland nach Brokenwood zog, dem die Region gefiel und der beschloss zu bleiben – auch wenn er nur ein Detektive Senior Sergeant (DSS) werden konnte.
