Maigret is a legend in Paris and all over France because of his unique ability to investigate and solve any murder case. His presumption is that any murderer has every reason for the violence applied. So he always tries to understand and draw conclusions which finally lead to the conviction of the offender.
Maigret ist in Paris und in ganz Frankreich eine Legende, weil er die einzigartige Fähigkeit besitzt, alle möglichen Mordfälle zu untersuchen und zu lösen. Er geht davon aus, dass jeder Mörder einen Grund für seine Tat hat. Deshalb versucht er immer, diese Gründe zu verstehen und Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen, die schließlich zur Überführung des Täters führen.
