Perry Mason is a defense attorney, always fighting for the innocent. Next to him his PA (Della Street) helps him to organize everything and for special snooping and in general the rough handling there is a reliable PI (Paul Drake). This team deals with murder cases and is the counter part of the prosecutor (Hamilton Burger) and detectives from the murder squad. Of course Perry always wins the battle at court – so at the end all may indulge once more beautiful Los Angeles and the scenic landscape of California.

Perry Mason ist Strafverteidiger und kämpft immer für die Unschuldigen. Neben ihm hilft ihm seine Sekretärin (Della Street), alles zu organisieren, und für spezielle Schnüffeleien und das Grobe gibt es einen zuverlässigen Privatdetektiv (Paul Drake). Dieses Team befasst sich mit Mordfällen und ist das Gegenstück zum Staatsanwalt (Hamilton Burger) und den Detectives der Mordkommission. Natürlich gewinnt Perry immer den Kampf im Gerichtssaal – so dürfen am Ende alle wieder einmal das schöne Los Angeles und die malerische Landschaft Kaliforniens genießen.
