Paint this glow oil over the top of lightest areas of your oil or acrylic painting. For the under layer, the whitest whites act like a reflector and give the brightest glow. Paint multiple layers for bigger glow. It will not glow well over dark colors and black areas, because the darks will absorb the light. Can be thinned or thickened with oil mediums. Non toxic and not radioactive. May be painted over oil and acrylic paintings, used on any surface that accepts oil paint. You may varnish, but don’t use varnish with UV blockers.
